Why 12 weeks

The minimum window
for real change.

Muscle protein synthesis adapts over 8–10 weeks. Fat cells shrink visibly from week 4. Habit loops harden around week 9. Twelve weeks is the clinical gold standard because anything shorter is noise.

More importantly: it's long enough for the program to change as your body does. Your week-1 plan isn't your week-6 plan — that's the whole point of custom.

How is this different from Gym Partners or HIIT Live?
Those are group programs with shared sessions. 12-Week Custom is 1:1 — your program, your schedule, your macros, your check-ins. Most Gym Partners clients upgrade to this after one pack.
Is daily WhatsApp actually daily?
Yes. Maddy replies within 24 hours on weekdays (usually 2–4). Send form videos, ask macro questions, flag injuries. The text thread IS the coaching.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — 3 × ₹2,700 monthly in India, or split over two USD payments worldwide. Arrange on WhatsApp.
What if I fall off in week 6?
That's exactly what the daily access is for. Maddy pulls you back, resets your volume, and recalibrates. No shame — most clients hit a dip around week 5 or 6.
I'm a NRI with a different timezone — does that work?
Yes. Current client base spans 7 timezones. Most communication is async on WhatsApp, and the one monthly live call is scheduled around you.
