This is Maddy.

Before the coaching, the science, the engine, the 2400+ clients — there is a man, a Shakti beside him, a brother, a teacher. This is the full file. Not the Instagram version.

Fourteen years under the barbell.

Gym floor, mat, mountain, tire. The coach you're about to train with lives all four — because that's the only way to teach all four. Real frames from real sessions.

Before anything else on this page works

There is Rashika.

My life partner. Not a label. Not a status. A Shakti — the divine feminine force a man walks beside, the current he draws from when the room goes quiet and the decisions get heavy.

She is the one person who saw me when I was still a government exam result and a safe, predictable path — and chose to stand with the version of me that did not exist yet.

I had to explain myself to my parents. I had to defend my choices to relatives. I never had to explain anything to her. Ever. Rashika just understood.

When I said "I am not joining that job," she didn't ask why. She asked what's next. Everything you see on this site — the engine, the plans, the clients, the calm certainty — is powered by the quiet, unshakeable current she lends me every day.

Rashika is the Shakti. Everything after this line exists because she is.

01 · Roots

A small town.
Deep roots.

Born under Punarvasu — the star of return, of rebuilding, of coming back to the light. The chart names me before I can name myself.

My father is a cop. A man who believes the world is safe only when it is structured. Uniform, duty, pension, timing. His quiet discipline is the first language I ever learned — long before I could read a textbook.

My big brother cleared UPSC. The family's gold standard. The son who did exactly what the family expected and did it at the highest level.

And there is one more thing about him you should know: in 2011, he is the one who walked me into a gym for the first time. Before science, before certification, before any client — the very first barbell I touched was because of him. Every squat rack I've ever owned has his signature on it.

Maddy — the turning point, sledgehammer + tire
02 · The Turn

Cleared the govt exam.
Got the job. Didn't join it.

I studied B.Tech Textile because it was the smart, respectable road. Then I cleared a government exam and the job was offered to me — paper in hand, chair waiting.

I did not sit in that chair. I never intended to.

I wrote the exam for one reason — to show my parents I had the capability. "Look, I am capable of taking this job. But I will not take it." That was the whole statement. Qualifying was the proof. Not joining was the choice.

Because here is how I'm wired: anything that is not my passion feels like work, and work drains me. Passion, on the other hand, doesn't. I can do my passion for twenty-four hours straight without getting irritated once. Any other "job" — I'd be exhausted in twenty-four minutes. That is not laziness. That is the frequency the chart confirmed.

My parents saw the qualification, saw the letter — their concern still did not fully go away. The trust is not fully built yet. Their worry is genuine, it is love, not limitation. I don't argue. I just keep building. Quietly, consistently, every single day.

Today there are 2,400+ clients. One day that trust will also be complete. I know it — they will know it too.

Maddy — what Pardeep Bhai gave me
03 · Brother from another mother

Pardeep Bhai.
The brother life chose for me.

There are brothers by blood, and there are brothers by design of the universe. Pardeep Bhai is the second kind.

He gave me two things nothing else in my life could have given me.

One — he killed my fear. The fear of situations I had not faced. The fear of rooms I had not walked into. The fear of people, of uncertainty, of getting it wrong in public. Whatever used to freeze me — he made it small. One conversation at a time, one real moment at a time, until the freeze just stopped happening.

Two — he gave me the courage to follow my passion. When I was standing at the edge of the govt letter, when everyone else was saying "join kar le, pension lock ho jayegi," it was his voice that said "jaa, kar le — main hu."

He also taught me the entire tech world. Every line of code I can now read, every webhook I can architect, every payment gateway, every automation — the grammar of all of it came from him. Patient when I was clueless. Exacting when I got sloppy.

Today, I run the tech myself. The Razorpay webhook that HMAC-verifies your payment at 3 AM, the WhatsApp flow that delivers your kit 90 seconds after you pay, the dashboard that tracks every active client — full stack, full responsibility. But every time something works, I know whose shoulders I'm standing on.

And because two brothers build better than one, Pardeep Bhai's Vedic Energy Reset and Neural Consciousness programs sit inside this engine as the mind-work companion to Maddy's body-work. Optional, separate, honest. Most of my 12-week clients end up doing one or both.

A real brother from another mother.

04 · The mission

Coaching isn't instruction.
It's teaching. It's wisdom.

I don't see myself as a fitness instructor. I see myself as a teacher — in the oldest, deepest sense of the word. Guru-shishya. Knowledge transferred with care. Wisdom passed down because it should be passed down.

My obsession is not biceps. It's full-stack knowledge of the human body — fitness, diet, discipline, recovery, breath, hormones, sleep, injury, aging. Every layer. Because when a 28-year-old bride-to-be walks into my DMs six weeks before her wedding — "I need to lose 8 kg in 6 weeks, no crash, no starving, actually want to feel good in my lehenga" — she doesn't need a generic workout plan. She needs someone who has studied all of it deeply enough to actually help her hit that number on a real Indian plate.

Coaching, to me, is wisdom made useful. That is the whole thesis.

Two mirrors on my desk

I made myself legible
before I taught anyone else.

Before I can claim the authority to change your body, I need to know exactly who I am. So I ran myself through two instruments — one ancient, one contemporary — and listened carefully to what they said.

Mirror 01 · Jyotish Precision Chart

The chart that assigned me
to this work.

Cast at my birth against the fixed stars, then read through the Vedic dasa system. I'll skip the Sanskrit avalanche and give you only the facts about me that came out of it.

Fact one — Mercury rules my life. My primary tool is not my biceps. It is my mind, my speech, my hands. This is why I write. This is why I teach. This is why I can run an entire engine alone at 3 AM and enjoy it.

Fact two — my career was written as seva. The chart is unambiguous: my professional posting is service, health work, and helping people overcome their own bodies. Fitness coaching is not something I stumbled into. It's literally the assignment printed against my name.

Fact three — I am running a Mercury Mahadasha. This is the period where Mercury's gifts — communication, teaching, compounding through words — deliver maximum return. The microphone is in my hand right now. I'm not going to waste it.

Fact four — the "Return" nakshatra. My birth star is Punarvasu, which literally means "the return of the light." It signifies rebuilding after collapse, coming back after being lost, and helping others do the same. Every client who walks into my DMs asking "can I still fix this at 38 / after two kids / after a decade off?" — yes. Returning is what I was born for.

Mirror 02 · Chittadarpan Neural Mapping

The map that named
my archetype.

Seven-framework psychological reading — OCEAN (Big Five), Triguna, Sapta Chakra, Pancha Kosha, Shadow Topology, Tesseract memory, Interstellar gravity wells.

It placed me as The Rishi"the consciousness that arrived already remembering. You did not come here to compete. You came to perceive."

My strongest chakra: Sahasrara (crown — where wisdom flows effortlessly). My weakest: Muladhara (root — grounding, body, daily discipline). The map is telling me what my life confirms every morning: I float easily in ideas, and I must descend — deliberately, daily — into the body. Which is the exact skill my job demands.

It also named my shadow with unnerving precision: Analysis Paralysis — labelled my densest gravity well, "the Gargantua." I know it intimately. I still wrestle it every morning. But now it has a name, and naming a thing is the first step to directing it.

What you can actually trust

I'm not a 22-year-old
with abs and a discount code.

I am a man who cleared a government exam to prove his capability and then refused to join the chair, studied his own body for more than a decade, studied 2400 other people's bodies with the same patience, studied his own chart, studied his own psyche — and then built an engine that does not sleep.

I'm NASM-certified. I'm Mercury-Mahadasha-activated. I'm Shakti-anchored by Rashika. I'm Pardeep-Bhai-unafraid. I'm Rajas-fueled and Sattva-tempered.

And most importantly — I am paying attention. To you.

When you message me on WhatsApp, you are not talking to a bot, an intern, or a VA. You're talking to Maddy. Who is also Mandeep. Who chose this. Who prepared for this for fourteen years. Who is not going anywhere.

Train with me.
I'll teach you your body
the way my teachers taught me mine.
